With over 30 years of experience, Rod is involved primarily in directing the tax services area of the Firm. Licensed to practice in Hawaii Rods' areas of expertise includes but is not limited to not-for-profit organizations, retailing, real estate, wholesaling, estate and gift. Rod obtained his Bachelors of Business Administration degree from the University of Hawaii in 1977 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Hawaii Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the tax and management advisory divisions of the AICPA. Rod has served on several community and professional organization boards and committees.
